Life Architect OS

Wanting to grow is easy. Knowing what to focus on is harder. Life Architect OS is a personal system for seeing where you are, choosing what matters and staying with it.

WHERE IT STARTED

I didn’t need to do more.
I needed to know where I stood.

Life Architect OS grew out of my own need to understand how my life actually felt, choose what mattered most and stay with those choices.

I began by reviewing different parts of my life — rating each one and laying it out in a spiderweb — and writing a vision for how I wanted my life to look. It didn’t fix everything, but it gave me a clearer picture of where I was and what I wanted to move toward.

See the bigger picture

Rate your life areas and write your vision. Turn a vague feeling into a clear, visual overview.

Choose what matters

Use the 5/25 method to single out the goals that matter most — and commit to them instead of starting over.

Keep your direction

Formulate long-term commitments and explore your life through Experiments, connected to your Life Areas.

ONE CONNECTED SYSTEM

From a little reflection
to a real sense of direction.

Understand your starting point and your vision. Prioritize a few meaningful goals. Formulate compasses that hold your direction. Explore what you want through Experiments. And reflect in the Journal when you need to step back.

A clear picture
of your life.

Open the Vision Hub, rate each Life Area and write a vision for it. Seeing everything laid out in a spiderweb makes it much easier to notice what’s thriving and what needs your attention, from career and health to relationships and creativity.

Choose two or three areas you want to improve. Start with what feels meaningful to you.

Fewer goals.
More commitment.

My recurring problem was changing goals too often. The 5/25 method helped me separate the goals that really mattered from the rest — and commit to them, instead of constantly starting over.

Rank everything you could do, keep the top 5 and let the distractions go. A direction you actually believe in.

A compass.
Not another to-do list.

Compasses help you formulate long-term commitments — the values and direction you want to hold on to when everyday life pulls at you.

Try things out
with Experiments.

Big changes rarely start with certainty. Experiments let you explore a part of your life in practice — small, deliberate tests connected to your Life Areas — so you can see what actually fits before you commit to it.

Very intuitive and great at setting you off on your goals. Time will tell if it helps consistently. Wish the exporting to PDF wasn't quite so ugly but that's probs me not knowing settings well.
